i loved that the rooms were very clean and well maintained. essential amenities were all there. the breakfast had various options, asian and continental dishes too. the staff were really good, so wonderful! this made my day
one small thing, the coffee in the room wasn't great! it would be better not to have it at that level! it's a minor detail, though.

I appreciated the hotel's direct connection to the Pavilion mall , offering many food options. The room was serviced twice daily , including water refill. I also found the staff at the lobby very attentive.
The breakfast spread had too many cold cuts which is more suitable for lunch , in my opinion. The coffee machine made coffee that was too dilute. The cake selection seemed a bit stale.

The staff's friendliness. their helpfulness with every request was so appreciated. jade pavilion restaurant presented amazing food and equally excellent service. Every meal felt special. the location offered seamless access to the mall. It was fantastic!!!
The room lacked proper milk for the coffee maker. Only powdered creamer was available, disappointing. this small detail detracted from the overall experience. i hope they consider providing uht milk in the future.
